Due to moving into a new house and a new state I haven’t been able to update this blog as much as I would have liked. Sorry about that, hopefully over the next few months things will settle down some more I will have a lot more free time on my hands.

Murphy’s place just opened in town and it’s very cozy little bar with live jazz music, blues and swing all evening, it’s really worth checking out if you love some good live music and to meet some great people. Another great thing about this place is that you can actually get drinks for almost half the price of what they cost other places around here.

We will be attending the 2010 festival this year and got quite a few new songs ready for the event. Some really cool scat remixes of some old freddie hits and a bunch of others. Check the samples under my youtube profile, all the new stuff have been uploaded there.

A good friend of mine, mr. James Inigco dropped by yesterday and helped me out with some of the vocals on the last track. That guy truely knows what he is doing and got some of the best vocals ever …

Room has finally been cleaned and we are slow moving the instruments back into it. So soon the sound of sweet scat music will one again fill the studio and we can all get back to recording again.

Had a little setback with my scat music, due to some very heavy raining my recording studio in the basement was flooded and there’s a lot of water damage there. The toilet in the basement ran over due to the rain …
